Reflecting on the Efficiency of Design Thinking and Lean Startup

Abstract Objective: In this article, the methods used to simplify business modelling and founding of new companies are presented critically reflected. Furthermore, it is discussed what extent a specific method advantageous, disadvantageous, applicable, not or even contradictory. Methodology: The theoretical analysis underpinned by qualitative interview study asking company founders about applying mentioned above. work based on scientific papers books complemented data originating from specially designed study. Findings: results conclude that model instruments provide strategic guidelines favouring entrepreneurs, yet they turn out be minor in its real-life significance as numerous factors rooted different fields expertise play in. Value Added: added value paper elaboration efficiency bringing risk-minimizing components methods, respectively. Accordingly, managers entrepreneurs all industries intended equipped with sufficient information content eases decision for against one realistic expectations considering application likely emerge.
